2021 HALF LOAD RESTRICTIONS FOR TRUCKERS & SHIPPERS
Please be advised that all roadways under the jurisdiction of the Mohawk Council of Akwesasne will have a posted weight limit of five (5) tonnes per axle (also known as “Half Loads”), effective Monday, March 8, 2021. The Akwesasne Mohawk Police will be monitoring vehicle traffic and enforcing the weight restrictions while they remain in place.
