2021 VEHICLE TENDER NOTICE

The Mohawk Council of Akwesasne is offering a public tender for 5 vehicles from the MCA Fleet. They can be seen at the locations listed in the flyer below. The vehicles are available for tender in “As Is Condition”.

 

Vehicle bid forms can be picked up Monday to Friday (8 a.m. – 5 p.m.) at Admin. 4 or via email by contacting Samantha White at samantha.white@akwesasne.ca. Please do not submit completed bids via email.

 

It will be the successful bidder’s responsibility to remove the vehicle from its current location no later than two weeks after sale. The deadline for receipt of bids is Monday, December 20 by 4 p.m. The bids will then be opened by 3-4 finance personnel on Tuesday, December 21 at 10 a.m. and the successful bidder will be notified by phone.
