COMMUNITY HEALTH ANNOUNCES LIMITED SERVICES WHILE VACCINE CLINICS OCCUR

The Mohawk Council of Akwesasne’s Community Health Program is informing the community that during the COVID-19 vaccination clinics on Monday and Tuesday, March 8 and 9, 2021, the following services will be temporarily suspended, and will resume on Wednesday, March 10, 2021 during normal business hours (8 a.m.-5 p.m.):

COVID-19 Testing & Assessment
No new appointments for testing will be scheduled until Wednesday, March 10. Those with existing appointments for March 9 & 10 will still be tested.

Any other community members requiring a COVID-19 test can utilize Cornwall’s COVID Assessment Centre at 850 McConnell Ave., (343)-475-0160.

QHIP Renewal Services
Community members can apply or renew their OHIP/QHIP health insurance online at the following website:
www.ramq.gouv.qc.ca

Community Health will have support staff in the office to cover daily monitoring and contact tracing for COVID-19.
