MCA HOLIDAY GIFT CARD DELIVERIES BEGIN TODAY
The Mohawk Council of Akwesasne will be distributing gift cards to all households in their jurisdiction for the holidays, beginning today.
Council will be going house-to-house hand-delivering one gift card per household. We kindly request all dogs be tied up. Those delivering will be adhering to COVID-19 safety protocols, wearing masks and sanitizing hands and pens between houses.
Delivery Schedule
Kana:takon District: TODAY, Monday, Dec. 20th (starting at 2 p.m.)
Tsi Snaihne District: Tuesday, Dec. 21st
Kawehno:ke District: Wednesday, Dec. 22nd
Pick-Up Information
If there is no one home to sign and accept the gift card, please call the Mohawk Government Office at 613-575-2250 ext. 2166 to arrange pickup on Thursday, Dec. 23rd by 3 p.m. at Admin 1. Please be prepared to show proof of address when picking up.
The Mohawk Council of Akwesasne gift card distribution is in lieu of Council Holiday Dinners that cannot be held due to the ongoing pandemic. Council hopes the gift cards bring your family cheer and helps you enjoy the holidays with your loved ones.
