Getting Fitter With Age
The Community Health Program is holding a “Getting Fitter with Age” program beginning May 17th–June 28th to learn simple movements and low-tech equipment to increase your fitness.
This six-week program will be held every Thursday at Sweet Grass Manor between 1:30-2:30 p.m. in the common room. This program will work on falls prevention (balance, stretching and low-impact aerobics).
