TSIIONKWANONHSO:TE OUT OF COVID-19 OUTBREAK STATUS

The Tsiionkwanonhso:te Long-Term Care (LTC) facility has been notified that the facility has been removed from COVID-19 Outbreak Status as of Monday, January 9th, 2023.

 

LTC services have been returned to regular operating procedures at the status quo level prior to the COVID-19 Outbreak Status. The LTC is urging staff and visitors that if you are feeling sick to please stay home. Please continue to observe social distancing when in the facility. 

 

As a re-minder, masks and rapid testing are still mandatory when visiting the facility. The LTC would like to extend their sincerest gratitude to the residents, residents’ families, and the community for their continued support, thoughts, prayers, and understanding during this difficult time. We’d also like to thank the LTC staff for their dedication and diligence throughout this process.
