INDOOR WALKING STRONG
The MCA Community Health Program (Diabetes Prevention Services) will be hosting an Indoor Walking Strong program promoting cardiovascular health through steps and weight exercises.
Classes will be held from 9-10 a.m. at the following locations:
• Tuesdays at Snye Rec
• Wednesdays at St. Regis Rec
