DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH WELCOMES NEW DETOX FACILITY STAFF PERSON

The Mohawk Council of Akwesasne’s Department of Health would like to welcome a new staff person to the Sahatihaha’ra’:ne Detox Center, Carlee King. Carlee joins the organization as the center’s Female Withdrawal Specialist.

 

Carlee is a lifelong resident of the District of Kana:takon. She has a 2-year college diploma in General Arts & Sciences and a second 2-year college diploma in Mental Wellness & Addictions. Prior to the pandemic, Carlee had been a Casual Case Aide at the Ionkwanonhsasetsi Adolescent Treatment Center.
