INFORMATION ON FILING MCA ELECTION APPEALS 

The Mohawk Council of Akwesasne’s (MCA) Justice Department is providing the community with the following information regarding the filing of appeals for an MCA election.  

 

When submitting an appeal, please include your name and the alleged violation in accordance with the Akwesasne Election Law, along with any additional information to support the appeal.  

 

Appeals for the June 29, 2024 MCA General Election must be hand-delivered to the Akwesasne Mohawk Police Station at 73 Sweetgrass Lane, Kana:takon/St. Regis, Quebec no later than 5 p.m. on Thursday, July 4, 2024.
