The Akwesasne Election Appeal Board (AEAB) has reviewed appeals submitted against the 2024 Mohawk Council of Akwesasne General Election held on June 29, 2024. A total of 14 appeals were initially found to have merit and have been further heard and reviewed. The AEAB has made their decisions as follows:

In summary, the decisions above call for the results of the 2024 MCA General Election to be set aside in whole.
Any decision of the AEAB can be appealed to the Akwesasne Mohawk Court, by the appellant, within 5 (five) days of the decision.
