DR. DUBUC’S OPTOMETRY OFFICE RESUMES LIMITED SERVICES
The Mohawk Council of Akwesasne’s Department of Health is updating the community that Dr. Danielle Dubuc’s Optometry Office has resumed limited operations at the Kanonhkwa’tsherí:io Health Care Facility as of this week. The limited operations include pick-up for eye glasses and contact lenses, and glasses repair.
Dr. Dubuc’s office staff are accepting calls from patients Tuesday – Thursdays from 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. at 613-575-1158. If you don’t reach anyone directly, leave a message with your phone number and your call will be returned. If you are having an eye emergency, call Dr. Dubuc’s office and she will assess you over the phone. If Dr. Dubuc determines that a specialist is needed then you will be referred to an ophthalmologist.
Eye glasses and contact lens pick-up is available by appointment through the window facing the Akwesasne Mohawk Police Station. Please show up at your specified pick-up time, these appointments are being spaced to limit the risk of overlapping patients. Payment for services through debit or credit card only is preferred at this time.
