AKWESASNE HEATING ASSISTANCE PROGRAM OFFERING EXTENDED HOURS FOR 2024-2025 APPLICATIONS

The Mohawk Council of Akwesasne’s Community Support Program (CSP) is pleased to announce extended hours for the Akwesasne Heating Assistance Program (AHAP) application process. These extended hours are designed to accommodate community members unable to apply during regular weekday hours (8 a.m. to 4 p.m.).

Extended applications will be accepted from 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. on the following dates:

• Saturday, November 30 @ Snye Homemakers
• Saturday, December 7 @ Kawehno:ke Recreation Center

The final deadline for applications is Friday, December 20, 2024, at 4 p.m. Applications will not be accepted after this date as fuel distribution will commence.
