AKWESASNE JUSTICE DEPARTMENT — VEHICLE TENDER NOTICE

The Akwesasne Justice Department is offering a public tender for a vehicle from the MCA Fleet. The vehicle can be seen in the parking lot of the Angus Mitchell Memorial Building and is available for tender in “As Is Condition”.

 

Vehicle sealed bid forms can be obtained and submitted Monday to Friday (8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.) at the Akwesasne Justice Department, located at the Angus Mitchell Memorial Building in Kana:takon.

 

It will be the successful bidder’s responsibility to remove the vehicle from its current location no later than two weeks after sale. The deadline for receipt of bids is Monday, December 4 at 2 p.m. The successful bidder will be notified by phone on Tuesday, December 5.
