AKWESASNE PET WELLNESS DAYS

Due to the overwhelming response for the Pet Wellness Clinic appointments, a second evening has been added for Thursday, October 24. MCA’s Akwesasne Justice Department has partnered with the Toronto Humane Society & Grand River Veterinary to offer an animal wellness clinic with low cost spay/neutering of dogs and cats. The Wellness Clinic Appointment costs $25 per pet, which will include a veterinary checkup for overall wellness, vaccines, and microchip. Low cost spay/neuter for dogs will be held October 22-24 in the mornings — all appointments must be pre-paid and cost $160 per dog, which includes the surgery, vaccines and microchip. Low cost spay/neuter for cats will be held October 25 in the morning – all appointments must be pre-paid and cost $90 per cat, which includes the surgery, vaccines, and microchip. All costs are in Canadian funds.
