AMBE & MCA MESSAGE OF CONDOLENCE FOR LYNDA BROWN

It is with heavy hearts that the Ahkwesahsne Mohawk Board of Education and Mohawk Council of Akwesasne shares the sad news of Lynda Brown’s passing.

 

As a long-serving principal in Akwesasne, our community, our teachers and school staff, and especially our students will greatly miss Lynda, for her passion, her caring, and her kindness.

 

Lynda was an integral part of the Ahkwesashne Mohawk Board of Education since 2006. She served as Principal at the Ahkwesashne Mohawk School in 2006 and later took on the role at Tsi Snaihne School from 2010 until 2019. Lynda’s dedication to education and her impact on the Akwesasne community will forever be remembered.

 

Our thoughts are with her loved ones during this difficult time, and we extend our condolences to all who are grieving this loss. Lynda leaves behind a legacy that will continue to inspire others for years to come.
