Akwesasne Election Law Results

The Mohawk Council of Akwesasne’s Chief Electoral Office Leona Benedict has certified that the results of the May 12, 2018 Special General Meeting Vote on the Akwesasne Election Law Amendments are final.  No appeals were received.  The question asked was:  Do you approve the Akwesasne Election Law 2017? YES – 12 NO – 17   Therefore, the amendments were not accepted.

Roadwork Planned in Kawehno:ke Corridor
