DOH PROVIDES UPDATE ON COVID-19 VACCINE EFFICACY

The Mohawk Council of Akwesasne’s Department of Health (DOH) is providing the community with an update on the COVID-19 vaccine’s efficacy, and effectiveness against Variants of Concern (VOCs).  mRNA vaccines (Moderna and Pfizer) have an estimated efficacy of 94-95% 14 days after full vaccination (having received both doses).
