COMMUNITY HEALTH OFFERING PFIZER VACCINE TO COMMUNITY

Mohawk Council of Akwesasne’s Community Health Program (CHP) is offering the Pfizer-BioNTECH COVID-19 vaccine to Akwesasne community members. Akwesasronon who are in need of the second dose of Pfizer-BioNTech, and have received your first dose elsewhere, are being offered the Pfizer vaccine. CHP is also offering the vaccine to community members aged 16-18 years old who are interested in receiving the vaccine.  

The Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine clinic will be held on May 12, 2021. If you are interested in receiving the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine, please contact the Community Health Nurses at 613-575-2341 ext. 3220, and register by May 5, 2021.  

 *Please bring your documentation from your first dose of Pfizer.
