COMMUNITY HEALTH OFFERING PFIZER VACCINE TO COMMUNITY MEMBERS AGED 12-18

Mohawk Council of Akwesasne’s Community Health Program (CHP) is offering the Pfizer-BioNTECH COVID-19 vaccine to Akwesasne community members aged 12-18. Any Akwesasne community members in the 12-16 age category that is interested in receiving the vaccine will need to be accompanied by a parent/guardian. 

Registration for this clinic is required. Walk-ins for the Pfizer vaccine will be accepted, based on vaccine availability.

The Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine clinic will be held on May 12, 2021 at the A’nowara’ko:wa Arena from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. If you are interested in receiving the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine, please contact the Community Health Nurses at 613-575-2341 ext. 3220, and register by 12 p.m. on May 10, 2021.
