COMMUNITY HEALTH PROGRAM ANNOUNCES COVID-19 VACCINE CLINIC FOR AGES 5-11

The Mohawk Council of Akwesasne’s Community Health Program would like to announce that there will be a COVID-19 vaccine clinic for children ages 5-11 on Thursday, December 2nd from 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. Dr. Saylor, Pediatrician, will be administering the vaccines.

 

The COVID-19 vaccine clinic will take place at the Kanonhkwa’tsheri:io Health Facility in Kana:takon by appointment only. To book an appointment for your child to receive the COVID-19 vaccine, please contact the Community Health Program at 613-575-2341 ext. 3220.
