COMMUNITY IN QUARANTINE PROGRAM CONTACT INFORMATION

The Mohawk Council of Akwesasne is providing the community with the Community in Quarantine Program contact information. The Community in Quarantine Program was established to assist community members who have been directed by a healthcare provider to quarantine due to an exposure to a COVID-19 positive person, or they have tested positive for COVID-19.

 

To receive a box of essential food supplies, please call 613-936-1548 ext. 1300 during regular business hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.), or 800-480-4208 during after-hours or on weekends. If staff are unavailable at either phone number, please leave a voicemail, and staff will get back to you as soon as possible. Delivery or pick up directions will be provided to you by staff.
