COMMUNITY MEMBERS DONATE PUMPKINS, FUNDS TO TSIIONKWANONHSO:TE TO PROVIDE FOR MORE FESTIVE ACTIVITIES AND EVENTS

The Tsiionkwanonhso:te Long-Term Care (LTC) facility received a generous donation of pumpkins from community members Dwayne and Dayne Thomas of Turtle Island Promotions. The pumpkins were delivered for residents to paint and decorate, and will be used to decorate the facility.

 

The LTC also received a monetary donation from Council Chief Tesha Rourke to use towards activities for the tota’s. The funds were used to purchase Riverside pizza as a treat for those residents who signed up to decorate the donated pumpkins.
