CONSTRUCTION AT PEACE TREE TRADE CENTRE
In our efforts to improve the Peace Tree Trade Centre and promote economic development, the MCA Dept. of Economic Development has planned for landscaping upgrades to the north side of the mall parking lot. Work is to include the construction of a retaining wall and brick paver surface area.
This construction is for the forthcoming Outdoor Market area where our local business/crafts people will be able to rent canopy tent space to sell their products. Future plans include construction of a permanent market stall structure, pending funding.
Please note, beginning now through December 13, the north-east section of the mall parking lot will be cordoned off as a construction work zone area and traffic will be re-directed to enter the parking lot from the south side.
We ask that visitors please drive slowly, safely and watch out for other guests, construction crew and vehicles. We apologize for any inconvenience this construction project may cause and thank you for your patience and cooperation.
