CONSTRUCTION OF KANA:TAKON DUPLEX APARTMENT BUILDING
Sealed bids will be received by the MCA Department of Housing until Thursday, October 17 at 2 p.m. regarding construction of one duplex turnkey apartment located at 117 Hilltop Drive in Kana:takon. Bids can be submitted at the Dept. of Housing office, located at the MCA Admin. 4 Building (13 Hilltop Drive, St. Regis, QC H0M1A0).
Contractors must provide the following with bid documents:
• General Liability Insurance
• Clearance from Workers Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) or (CSST)
• Confirmation of bonding, native contractors – $20,000
• Provide references and indicate experience and qualification
