DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH EXTENDS APPRECIATION TO THREE FEATHERS CAFE STAFF

The Mohawk Council of Akwesasne’s Department of Health (DOH) would like to extend a sincere niawenhkó:wa to the staff of Three Feathers Cafe. Three Feathers Cafe owner, Valene Gray, took on the Meals on Wheels Program during the COVID-19 pandemic, ensuring our elders who participate in the program received their meals in a timely manner. Without the assistance of Three Feathers Cafe staff, the Meals on Wheels Program would not have been able to continue throughout the pandemic.
