DIHE 2023-2024 FUEL TENDER NOTICE

Tenders are hereby invited for the supply of goods specified for the Mohawk Council of Akwesasne facilities’ heating fuel/fuel oil supply needed for the 2023-2024 season.

Tender documents can be sent to you by contacting the MCA Department of Infrastructure, Housing & Environment (DIHE) via e-mail at theresa.jacobs@akwesasne.ca.

All materials furnished must conform to the accepted tender as specified.

Tender contractors must be able to attain: Canadian Insurance and submit proof of insurance with copy of Certificate of Insurance for Liability, Vehicles, Environmental Liability, valid Workers Compensation Certificate, (CSST/WSIB), copy of Certified Oil Burner Technician license, as well as a detailed Written Procedures Checklist for a Health and Safety Program.

Prices quoted must remain fixed throughout the heating season (November 2023 – April 2024).
