DIHE ANNOUNCES HAWTHORNE ROAD INFRASTRUCTURE & HOUSING PROJECT

The Mohawk Council of Akwesasne Department of Infrastructure, Housing and Environment (DIHE) is pleased to announce a new infrastructure and housing project for 2023-2024. 

 

Infrastructure and site prep will begin in October 2023 on Hawthorne Road in Tsi Snaihne. The project will consist of road extension, hydro and waterline extension, and septic installation for apartment units. 

 

Five 3-bedroom triplexes will be constructed in the following years after the infrastructure and site prep is completed.
