DIHE WELCOMES NEW CAPITAL PLANNING & DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER

The Mohawk Council of Akwesasne’s Department of Infrastructure, Housing & Environment (DIHE) is pleased to welcome Daryl Seymour as the new Capital Planning & Development Engineer. As a dedicated community member from Akwesasne, Daryl brings valuable experience, insight, and a deep understanding of the community’s infrastructure needs.

A Licensed Professional Engineer and graduate of Bucknell University with a degree in Civil Engineering, Daryl joins us from Jp2g Consultants Ltd. in Ottawa, where he spent over 17 years as a Civil Design Engineer and Project Manager.

His expertise covers a wide range of projects from roads, highways, water systems, and sanitary & storm sewer design. With extensive project management experience, he has successfully led infrastructure projects from planning and design through to construction completion. Delivering timely projects within budget and scope.

Daryl is committed to ensuring that development aligns with the needs and priorities of the community. His fresh perspective and passion for engineering and dedication make him a valuable addition to the DIHE team.
