DR. BAIER SAME-DAY APPOINTMENTS TO BE OFFERED ON TUESDAYS ONLY

The MCA Department of Health (DOH) is notifying the community that, effective June 27th, Dr. Baier’s same-day appointments at the Kawehno:ke Medical Clinic (KMC) will take place on Tuesdays only. Wednesday same-day appointments will no longer be available. 

 

Same-day clinic appointments are intended only for minor ailments. Minor ailments are described as health conditions that can be managed with minimal treatment and/or self care strategies. Some examples include cough/cold, UTI, earaches, rashes, allergies, strains/sprains, insect bites, eye infections, etc. During a same-day medical appointment, only those ailments identified at the time of booking will be addressed.

 

Dr. Baier will continue to provide home visits on Wednesdays for those patients who require in-home medical services. Home visits are intended for patients who are physically unable to attend clinic appointments due to being home-bound or a physical deterrent.

 

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We appreciate your patience and understanding in this change of schedule.
