Estate Planning Workshops
The MCA Office of Vital Statistics is hosting a series of workshops to guide you through the estate planning process. These sessions will cover important topics such as what to do after the passing of a loved one, how to open an estate with Indigenous Services Canada, the estate process and timeline, and the roles and responsibilities of an Executor/Administrator. Participants will also learn about the differences between estates with and without a will, as well as when land can be transferred.
