RAMQ Card Renewal Service

The Mohawk Council of Akwesasne’s Community Health Services (CHS) will be offering RAMQ (Quebec Health) card renewal services twice a week at the Tsi Snaihne Medical Clinic, located next to Iakhihsohtha Lodge. The entrance to the clinic is on the west side of the building.

RAMQ renewal service is also currently available at the Kanonhkwa’stheri:io Health Facility in the CHS office, Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

The RAMQ Renewal Kiosk will be available from 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. at the Tsi Snaihne Medical Clinic on the following dates:
• Monday, April 7
• Friday, April 11
• Monday, April 14
• Friday, April 25
• Monday, April 28
