Helpdesk Technicians
The Helpdesk support technicians provide telephone assistance for all troubleshooting calls. Unsolved calls are then rerouted to an available technician, according to priority and need. The helpdesk support technicians arrange and coordinate regular maintenance, repair, and upgrade services on computer equipment; and maintain a work order and inventory database to keep track of all calls and computer equipment.

Computer Technicians
The Computer Technicians research and analyze all the computer needs of the Mohawk Council of Akwesasne. They provide a computer service that has proved to be invaluable.
The services they provide are as follows:
- Maintain computer hardware and software standards so that all data within Mohawk Council is interchangeable.
- Purchase and install all computer hardware and software.
- Troubleshoot, maintain, repair, and upgrade computer hardware and software as needed.
- Develop, maintain, and expand the Networks at MCA.
- Assist and provide Program Managers with departmental needs.
Software Developer
The Software Developer creates and maintains customized software applications for the various departments of MCA.
This service is essential to Mohawk Council operations because of the implementation of the many software applications that are being deployed in place of manual “paper” operations.
The developers are also responsible for all the web development and updating.
