MCA ENVIRONMENT PROGRAM HOSTS SNAPPING TURTLE RELEASE PARTY

It was a turtle-y awesome time at the MCA Environment Program’s turtle release party! 

 

Snapping turtles are an at-risk species and the Environment team works hard to protect eggs from vulnerable nests and enhance hatchling survival rates. Our program found this turtle clutch and relocated it to an incubator, where they successfully hatched and were ready to return to their home.
