MCA MONTHLY NEWSLETTER NOW ONLINE — DECEMBER 2024

The December 2024 issue of MCA’s monthly newsletter, Onkwe’tá:ke, is now posted on our website! The newsletter is being printed and will be mailed to all households in the northern portion of Akwesasne, but you can view the online version now for all of your MCA updates.

New Feature: Membership Board Notice

Onkwe’tá:ke will now include a recurring feature from the Office of Vital Statistics (OVS), which will inform the community about individuals who have applied for Membership under the Membership Code or for a Residency Permit under the Akwesasne Residency Law and will be attending an upcoming Akwesasne Membership Board meeting.Due to the confidential and sensitive nature of this information, the Membership Board notice will only appear in the printed version of the newsletter, which will be mailed to homes. It will not be available in the online version.
