MEASLES, MUMPS, RUBELLA (MMR) VACCINE CLINIC

MCA’s Community Health Services will be hosting a Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR) walk-in vaccine clinic on Wednesday, April 3, 2024 at the Kanonhkwa’tsheri:io Health Facility from 4:00-6:00 p.m.

MMR Vaccine Eligibility:
– Children must be 12 months old to receive first dose of the MMR vaccine.
– Second dose for children 4 years of age
– Adults born before 1970 who are unsure if they’ve had measles: 1 dose
– Adults born after 1970: 2 doses

Please ensure to bring immunization records with you to the vaccine clinic.
