NATIONAL ADDICTIONS AWARENESS WEEK 2021
As a community, we are all affected by addictions in their many forms. The more information we have, the more we can support our friends, our family, and ourselves.
This year, National Addictions Awareness Week is from November 21-27, 2021. National Addictions Awareness Week is an opportunity to learn about what addiction is, how it affects all of us, how we can help prevent substance abuse harm, and the different forms of treatment and recovery.
This year’s theme is “Driving Change Together,” which puts the focus on the efforts and actions of individuals. It’s about making a choice to play a part in reducing the stigma surrounding substance use and people who use substances and committing to one change.
Recovery is possible and you don’t have to do it alone. Our addictions services team is here for you. Let us help you on your journey.
