Principles Of Healthy Child Development Training Being Held At A'nowara'kowa Arena

The A’nowara’kowa Arena and High Five, a training organization in Canada, will be hosting a workshop that is specifically designed for front-line leaders (including summer students) who work with children.
The Principles of Healthy Child Development workshop will be held on Sunday, June 28, 2015 from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. in the arena’s Turtle Room. Cost to attend is $110 and includes a manual and certificate. Checks can be made payable to the Mohawk Council of Akwesasne.
This one-day training is designed to teach front-line leaders how to enhance the quality of the programs they are delivering by providing them with knowledge of the High Five Principles of healthy child development to ensure an understanding of each child’s social, emotional and cognitive development needs.
