Community Health Winter Classes
The Community Health Program has released its full schedule of winter class sessions. Classes being offered include: Junior Chefs, 30-minute Lunch Fitness, Circuit Training, Core Strength, Dumbbell Strength, Collective Kitchen 10-week Cooking Sessions (in the district of your choice), Walking Strong & Yoga, Snowshoeing, and Family Fun Activities. The Community Health Program has also made it easier for you to join their activities through an online registration system!
