Beginner Yoga

 

The Community Health Program is please to announce Beginner Yoga. Yoga has been known to help reduce stress, lower blood pressure and lower heart rate.

Yoga classes are to take place from 6pm-7pm at the following locations:

 

Mondays: Tsi Snaihne School

Tuesdays: Kawehno:ke Recreation

Wednesdays: Kana:takon School

Thursdays: Kawehno:ke Recreation
