NOTICE OF SANITARY MAINTENANCE WORK AT THE WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT IN KANA:TAKON

Please be advised that as per normal Wastewater Maintenance schedule that is done every four months, the Saint Regis Village Sewage Treatment Plant is being emptied of sanitary sludge.

Residents may notice a sewer odor for short periods of time throughout out the day that is not a health hazard.

This work is necessary to maintain optimum sewage treatment to Canadian Standards. We do apologize for the slight odor you may be experiencing.
