Teaching of the Big Fire

On Friday, September 7, 2018, the Traditional Medicine Program is sponsoring a free workshop at the Kana:takon Recreation Center between 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. 

Some topics of discussion will include the origin of Katsistohwanen, unification of the ceremonial fires, and the three principles to be maintained including the four sacred ceremonies, unification of the people and welfare of elders.

 

Lunch and nutritional snacks will be provided.
