DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH ANNOUNCES LEAVE OF LANNIE MITCHELL, NP

The Department of Health would like to announce that effective October 10, Alanna (Lannie) Mitchell, Nurse Practitioner at Tsiionkwanonhso:te Clinic will no longer be providing services.

Wholistic Health & Wellness would like to advise the community that Dr. Horn will be following all of her patients, for lab results and follow-up.

We also would like to make the community aware that Dr. Funnell and Janet Brant, Nurse Practitioner are available the Kawehno:ke Medical Clinic.
